Hi Thrivers,
As a way to engage and reward our dedicated members, we are excited to announce the NARP Q&A video contest.
This contest will be open to all members who participate in our weekly NARP Q&A live sessions every Friday at 7:30 am Brisbane time. We believe that this contest will not only recognise our members but also create a fun and interactive platform for them to showcase their creativity.
You can participate by submitting your video in our questionnaire under the “Submit Your Video” section. Follow this link to submit your video on this link https://forms.gle/rGvcS8tdJryqwUTt5
The Objective: win-win!
- You may win an incredible prize, and whether you do, you will hone your video self-recording skills (so good for confidence, branding, and getting yourself out there), and SO IMPORTANTLY, you are doing your part to help save lives for those suffering from trauma.
- MTE receives video testimonies that make NARP Q&A live sessions so much more REAL!
Individuals battling with endless patterns can participate in our weekly sessions and experience support and warmth in an incredible community.
The Prizes:
The winners will be announced on our social media platforms and by email on 5th May 2024. The prizes include:

2nd Prize: One Quanta Freedom Healing™ Session and a Soul Map session (1 hour and 45 minutes).
3rd Prize: One exclusive One-on-One healing Quanta Freedom Healing™ session with Melanie (1 hour)
Selection of Awards:
The entries will be evaluated based on the most impactfully inspiring and compelling testimony that meets the necessary video quality standard.
Contest Guidelines
- The video should be between 30-90 seconds long, speaking about how the weekly NARP Q&A live sessions have transformed your life. Comments ideally “speak” to viewers in a way that will motivate them to believe that this can revolutionise their lives. Keep everything you express about YOU – rather than say to people, “I recommend you do this.”
- The video must feature ONLY your experience during the NARP Q&A live sessions, e.g., chatting with other members, asking questions and Melanie's response.
- If you wish, you can submit one video for each session, granting you more chances in the contest.
- All entries must be original, not previously published, or contain copyrighted material.
- The video should be in English or should contain English subtitles.
- By submitting the video, you are granting MTE the right to use the video for promotional purposes.
How to Participate
- Create a short video showcasing the power of having support from the NARP community during the live session.
- Submit the video to our questionnaire under the “Submit Your Video” section.
- You will also be asked to add your preferred name, country and email address.
- The deadline for submission is 25th April 2024.
Video Guidelines
- Video Length: The video should be 30-90 seconds long.
- Video Quality: The resolution should be clear
- Video Format: Accepted video formats include .mp4, .mov, .avi, and .wmv.
- Orientation: The video should be shot in landscape mode (horizontal).
- Sound: The video should have a clear and audible sound. Background music is optional but should not overpower the main audio.
- Lighting: The video should be well-lit with natural or artificial light. Avoid shooting in low light or under harsh lighting conditions.
