Teachable recently encountered an issue where their system was unable to smoothly load course pages for a small proportion of members. There's a possibility that some browsers may still "cache" these pages, meaning they save a previous version rather than the most updated one from Teachable.
But don't worry; here's a quick fix for that! Please follow the steps below (note: these steps are for Google Chrome, but other browsers will have similar options):
- First, visit the impacted page.
- Then, right-click anywhere on the page and click on "Inspect."
- Once the inspect view opens, right-click on the Refresh button next to the address bar.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload."
And voila! The browser should discard the cached page, and the page will load normally.
